Pyrocephalus rubinus
I was trying to meander my way back to the beginning of the Wetlands Park in Las Vegas, NV and was
actually a little outside the park when I spotted this bright male Vermilion Flycatcher sitting in a tree
next to a stream. The sidewalk I was supposed to be on was across the stream on the west side of the
tree and had I been walking down the Park sidewalk I would never have spotted him. What a find! I was
