Found this black male Wolf Spider on Antelope Island on a very
dirty floor so I had to do a lot of clean up on
the photo. I just left the junk underneath him. These black
wolfs with white spots are very common on the
Island and are usually found in the grasses near water. This one
is rather unusual with its brown legs. Some
people think all black spiders must be black widows. These wolf
