Male Cellar Spider in
Southern Utah. This picture shows just how long the legs are on
these beauties and it makes them seem bigger than they really
are. It would be tough to scratch
your nose or brush your teeth with appendages as long as that.

I was shocked to find this female cellar spider living outside right next to black widows, nowhere near the inside
of
a building where they are normally found. This particular
buggy spot was the perfect place for any spider seeking
regular meals. The photo proves that it is possible for the cellar
spider to reach its mouth with the end of its
