There were thousands of these moths flitting from bush to bush
on Antelope Island on this
day. This one, thankfully, stayed still long enough for me
to take a few shots. Some of these
insects have never seen people before so they're probably just as
curious as we are when
we chance to meet. The larvae of these grass moths feed on
grasses. It is unknown,
at least to me, what the adults feed on. © Carol Davis,
