"Clouded Plant Bug"
Neurocolopus nubilus
According to one source that I
found on the internet, these bugs can become pests on cotton
(as well as other
plants). This one was on Common Yarrow in Taylorsville,
Utah. It differs from the other plant bugs I've
photographed because a third of each antennae is fat and
hairy and other two-thirds is skinny. What
might be the reason for that? Don't know. ©
