Nymphalis milberti
I was passing a trash pile on Antelope Island and saw some butterflies flitting around. I was surprised! I guess I shouldn't
be since I found this same species of butterfly on March 4, 2005 on Antelope Island. This one stuck around this
same area and drove all the other butterflies away. These are early migrators. © Carol Davis, 3-10-2011
